From the very instant I called I was treated with V.I.P. customer service. I completed an online form was sent a quick response and also received a phone call from a real person. When Star`s V.I.P Limo`s show up they were 10 mins early and the driver called to let us know he was ready to be of service with any of our luggage or if we even had a child seat to have put in the car. I would give Star`s V.I.P. Limos Inc 10 stars if I could.
